If you're looking to fall in love again with your Boxster look no further, get more power and sound. A complete plug n play solution with no modifications for fitment.

For the 00-04 2.7L/3.2L Boxster ,this setup could also work, but since that the headers are catless your 02 sensors will trigger a "check engine light" , you could also move and extend the 02 sensor wiring so that they monitor the mid-pipes catalytic converters, by extending the 02 sensor wires you may still encounter check engine light issues due to the extension of the 02 sensor wiring.

 

For our full exhaust package the mufflers are available with Stainless Steel Exhaust Tips Exhaust Tips. 

The Exhaust has designed and developed the best complete exhaust system on the market today for the Porsche Boxster 2.5L, you will not find a better complete exhaust system elsewhere. The stock configuration of the 2.5L has been retained, which means that it's a plug n play system, you drop the complete OEM exhaust and Install the complete  exhaust.

The exhaust system fits perfectly, most aftermarket exhaust systems for the Boxster produce annoying cabin drone and our system has the least drone on the market we cannot say zero drone but normal acceptable level. The sound produced by this exhaust is music to your ears, you can expect a deeper tone at idle and lower RPM's and a nice growl at higher RPM's or wide open throttle. There is approx 20 lbs saving vs stock exhaust. 

The complete  Exhaust system includes the following parts:

  • Performance Exhaust Headers
  • 200 Cells Catalytic Converter Mid-Pipes
  • 2 x U Bend Pipes 
  • Performance Muffler (Available with Stainless )
  • 2 x Muffler Clamps
  • Gaskets and Hardware


The only parts that you will re-use from your factory exhaust is the double sleeve clamps to make the connection between the Mid-Pipes and U-Bend Muffler pipes. 

All of our components are made of T-304 Stainless Steel, all piping is mandrel bend for smooth exhaust flow. 

Headers
42mm primary piping that joins into a racing merger collector and exits via a 53mm exit pipe, perfect welds, stainless steel flanges. Our merge collector is welded to the exit pipe and not overlapped on the exit pipe like most other headers out there. 

Catalytic Mid-Pipes
Tri-Metal 200 Cells Catalytic Converters, made of Mandrel Bent T-304 Stainless Steel, 50mm piping and heat shields.

Muffler

Straight through pipe design, there are no internal baffles, Twin 3 inch exhaust tips that are designed with an angle towards the inside of the tips resulting in that exotic look, the muffler cans are protected with two beautiful heat shields that will protect your mufflers and obviously give this muffler a killer look, these grills can be seen in the rear of the Boxster and it only adds to the beauty of this Car. 3mm thick gauge support bracket that will sustain vibrations.
