These headers can be installed with factory catback system or any other aftermarket exhaust . These are plug n play, there are no modifications required to install the headers. Made entirely of T304 Stainless Steel , 14 Gauge SS is used for primary piping and 16 gauge for the rest. Features a newly designed 12mm cast flange in stainless steel to avoid warping of the flange at high temperatures. The exhaust ports on the exhaust flange will match the exhaust ports on the engine heads, they are ultra smooth ports for best possible flow. Mandrel bend piping, F1 style racing merge collector. A high quality 200 C.P.S.I Catalytic Cartridge coated with rodhium/palladium/platinum is used.

Important Note Hp/Torque Gains:
After Dyno testing (Dynojet) of these headers on a stock Cayman S (thanks to the help of one of our customers who has done the dynos for us), we strongly recommend that you match these headers with a high quality catback exhaust such has the Catback exhaust. If you install the NHP 200 Cell Headers and retain the factory catback exhaust you will still have restriction to deal with from the catalytic converters on your mufflers, therefore by retaining the factory catback exhaust the headers will produce 2 HP and 2 ft/lbs of torque. For these headers to make more HP gains and more torque gains they must be matched with an high flow catback exhaust and you can expect approx 10HP gains.
